• Bedrooms: Three of the four bedrooms have enviable water views; there’s a double and a twin for adults; with a bunk room for little ones (the only bedroom that doesn’t have a view) that share a family bathroom; then a spacious master bedroom en suite. Crisp fresh linens combine with soft luxurious quilts, so you can be assured of a peaceful nights sleep.
• For relaxation: Take a good book and head to the sun room where floor to ceiling windows maximise the stunning views beyond. And whether it’s family game playing or just relaxing in front of the TV after a hard day at the beach, the main living room is the perfect place to totally kick back and relax. During the winter, enjoy a bottle of wine in front of the log burner in the sitting room.
• For recreation: Head outside to make the most of the garden; from a game of bat and ball to just a BBQ in the sun in the summer months.
• Practicalities: There’s a laundry room with washing machine and dryer which also doubles up as a boot room. There’s also a separate wc.

Enjoy an acre of garden all to yourself. If you’re a keen sailor, you’ll be able to idle away the hours boat watching from the verdant garden. Just a short walk from Flushing Beach, on the mouth of the Helford River; the property is in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

• DIY: Taken on a self-catered basis, the open-plan kitchen diner is the perfect space for letting your inner chef loose. Oak units and granite work surfaces combine is equipped with a dishwasher, double oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and everything you would need for rustling up a snack or a dinner party for friends. Fling open the patio doors and let the summer sun in as you relax around the spacious dining table.
• In-house catering: From romantic picnics to 3-course gourmet suppers, local caterers can be brought in to create a gourmet feast to suit your requirements.
• Eating out: Enjoy South Cafe in Manaccan, or it is well worth making the trip to Falmouth for a waterside fish dish at The Three Mackerel.

• Sailing and Kayaking: Gillan Creek is excellent for watersports and the Helford River Sailing Club is close by.
• Rockpooling, sunbathing and fishing: Flushing Cove is a 3-minute walk from the property.
• Golf: If you want to practice your shots, there are courses at Mullion and Budock Vean.
• Tennis: Available locally; there are two new courts in Manaccan
• On the water fun:There are motor boats, dinghies, kayaks and moorings available locally and within walking distance at low water
